CA civil suit has been filed against the new Miss America by Terry Fitzgerald for the illegal copying of the same talent that Mrs. Fitzgerald originated and patented in the 1967 Miss America Pageant talent competition in St. Louis, Missouri. The talent consists of singing and banging on a red cup or cups to the rhythm of the song "Jumpin' Jack Flash"! As you can see below Mrs. Fitzgerald has much more talent at doing this routine but placed only 110th in the competition due to cramps in her hands.
